A couple years ago when I was working in Wall Street, I went to Mexico City to do some Risk Management work for Dresdner Bank. There I met a rather handsome Mexican who was working at the Sheraton Suite located in Santa Fe. He took me home one night for a great dinner. His mom made me Seafood Paella. Actaully she taught me how to make it. The old Mexican Way. And thanks to her, I made it a couple weeks ago for one of my buddy. It was Great. I even made Sangria. Generally I am a good cook, but I have to be inspired by something.
